Three points are important for the people of Jordan, for the morale and for the standings, seen that thanks to this success the blackorange over different positions, reaching the fourth place with 11 points scored. A victory of character and determination, as stressed at the end of the race, mr. Giordani, who has found the right key to charge her and bring them to victory.
Starting to rocket for the Phoenix who immediately puts the nose boast of taking on the 8-2. A gap that is important for the blackorange are good at keeping steady thanks to a good wall cover/defend and counter attack effectively; the hosts fail to respond, and even go under 9 lengths, leaving the field open to opponents. Rome, 7 tries to give a twist in the boot of the second partial, by pressing the foot on the accelerator in the attack; the boys of Morelli going on 5 points but a providential time out of the Jordanian invigorates her. Back on the pitch, in fact, blackorange reverse the route and with a break of 10 to 4 lead. Reloaded from the new gear, guests will attack even more hosts under the network, bringing the positivity in the attack on the 62% and going to win the second set. More fought the third stage of the game, the two teams travel in pairs; to make the difference, it is the determination and the concentration of the guests, which goes on to show the hunger for victory.
“We showed a lot of determination on the aspects that make our game efficient – says Massimiliano Giordani – getting a win is important in many points of view. A success that comes out of the house against a group that historically we have difficulties, where the game annoys us. In particular, they have worked well wall, service, and attack, the three fundamentals that have allowed us to overcome our opponents.”

CFB > Phoenix Volleyball – ASD Volleyball Santa Monica 3-0(25-17, 25-18, 25-17)
Victory without shadows for the C series of the Phoenix Volleyball that, between the walls of friends of the PalaFerretti, wins 3 points against Santa Monica. The fifth success for the team led by Lorenzo De Gregoriis, which allows it to reach an altitude of 15 points and second place in the standings behind the Italo Svevo. Never question the victory of each set for the blackorange who have been able to impose its value to the opponent; the pace of the game and the high rate of errors have not allowed the Phoenix to set his usual fast, but the race has been useful to understand some of the internal dynamics is of fundamental importance for the growth of the group and for the fruitful continuation of the championship.
“It is not easy to play with teams that have a performance so unpredictable – says at the end of the race Lorenzo De Gregoriis – but this does not excuse the many mistakes we have made. When the race of the competition features the different it is easier to maintain concentration and, therefore, the pace of the game; however, you do not need to commit 12/13 errors point in a set because with higher ranked teams this would be very expensive. We need to do much more and should aspire to do better, then I’m definitely not happy with how the race went. We did what we had to in terms of the result but not enough. We need to work on concentration and that the next day will also be used to this.”
Next opponent of the blackorange will be the Giò Volley Aprilia, the tail end of the group with 3 points: the appointment for the next Saturday 30 November at 18.30 at the Ball Tensostatico Via Pergolesi Aprilia.
