Dzeko has extended until 2022 with the Roma.
Despite rumours of departure, including on the side of Inter Milan, Edin Dzeko (33 years old) will not leave Roma. Better, the international bosnian has extended this Friday, his contract until June 2022. Come in 2015 in the Italian capital, the former player of Manchester City has scored 9 goals and delivered 7 assists in 33 league matches last season. These last days, the roman leaders had already announced extensions of Zaniolo and Ünder.
“Even before the end of last season, we had already made the decision : Dzeko had to be one of the pillars on which we wanted to start the new team. Over the last few months, we have never changed our minds. We are pleased that Edin recognizes that, to win, you must stay in Rome” we read in a press release published by the she-Wolf.
