The Marpel Arena will host the friendly match against the Nova Volleyball Loreto, at 19. Men’s coach Adriano Pinto are in a phase of preparation, and while it grows the wait for the start of the championship of Series A3, the group is shrinking and is at work on the diagrams. The challenge with Loreto represents the first test on the field and the opportunity for the public to see the many new items that have arrived in the summer.
Opponents, led by coach Romano Giannini, preparing instead for what will be the third consecutive season in Serie B. The Nova Volleyball Loreto is a team of young and ambitious, with some elements of thickness to ensure the right experience. An opponent that promises an interesting challenge for Macerata.
“We are working well, with commitment, especially on the condition of the physical and fundamental,” explains Simone Gabbanelli, free and pillar of the Menghi Macerata. “We have fun together, there’s a great atmosphere, we are a new team and with the coach we are concentrating on the compact group”.
In the meantime, I expect the match against Loreto. “It will be a good test, of course we will have heavy legs in view of the preparation in the course but to come down in field also helps us to understand where we are. Loreto is a great team, I know the different between the quality players they have in the squad, they are young and they want. I’m sure that will do well in their league. We also have important goals this year, we will do our best to achieve them, and to repay the trust that the Company and the fans show us every day.”
